About me
Hi, my name is Salina and I live in a village in remote Alaska that shares my families name.
I grew up flying in airplanes to sport games almost every weekend, driving fourwheelers and snowmachines as our primary mode of transportation, chasing northern lights, eating more moose than beef, and swimming in glacier fed waters.
Now, after college, I find myself back living in apartment with my sweet cat, Beesly. Enjoying the views of mountains and airplanes through our dining room window, picking up grocieries from airplanes, snow machining up mountains, and getting to share our slice of Alaska with people from all over the world...both online and in person.

On top of working for my families companies, I also have started my own small businesses: photography and Port Alsworth/Alaska/Lake Clark National Park souvenirs. It keeps me busy :)

In September of 2020, I posted a TikTok about my life in rural Alaska which had almost 3 million views in a 24 hour period. Since then, videos have gone micro viral from how I pick up my groceries with a sled, my families subsistence fish camp, and running a resort in Remote Alaska with my family.

Ever since I was young, I loved being able to share about our unique life here in Alaska. Now, I get to do that with a following of over 500,000 (and counting!) here online. It's a dream come true.

Now, I get to do all of this with my husband, whom I met while working on my families resort back in 2020. we got married the spring of 2023, and love being able to do this life together.

So with that, welcome. I hope you stay a while. Read about the stories of life here in Alaska, buy some of my merchandise and represent Port Alsworth.
